With service providers:

We work with trusted third parties to operate the Platform, including payment processors (Stripe), shipping carriers (EasyPost), email delivery (SendGrid), cloud hosting (Cloudflare R2), and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of EziHubb, our users, or the public.

Business transfers:

Specifically: account data is kept for 2 years after account closure; transaction records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes; marketing consent records are kept for 5 years.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by going to Account → Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing [email protected].

The Platform is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

For users between 13 and 18, we encourage parental or guardian review and supervision of Platform use.

EziHubb operates from the United States. If you are located outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US or other countries where our service providers operate.

For transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
